GENERAL:

What are the benefits of subscribing to the Activity Calendar Program©?

Subscribing to the Activity Calendar Program© can save you time and money. We supply all kinds of fun activities and educational information to enhance your club. Promotional forms and Personal Touch Forms are available so you can create personalized new forms for your club and reach out to archived members in good standing and new potential members.


What are Personal Touch Forms?

Personal Touch Forms enable you to customize your own forms with your address, special promotions and other information. Our Newsletter has great health and fitness information that you may edit if desired, and just add your company info and send out.  When you log into the Members' Section of our website, just click on Personal Touch Forms. Each month we feature a monthly Member Calendar and a Newsletter. In addition there are other forms that are available. Just edit, print and copy any forms you wish.   If you have questions, you contact us for free support via phone, fax or e-mail.

Do we need a copier to benefit from the Activity Calendar Program?

It is best to have a copier since you may want to make copies as needed of member calendars, forms, articles and promotional postcards. Many clubs post one copy of each article on their bulletin boards, and if interested, members can request a copy.  Other clubs occasionally go to their copy center for special promotional mailings and other material.

Do we need Internet access to benefit from the Activity Calendar Program?

The Online Activity Calendar Program is 100% Internet so you must have Internet access either at your club or home to use this Program. It is not imperative that you have Internet access for the Original Activity Calendar Program, however, you would benefit from using the Internet since there are Personal Touch Forms, more activities, and information available to help you make your Program even more successful.

Does the Activity Calendar Program compete with Curves or other fitness club organizations?

PS Promotions is an independently owned company, is not affiliated with any specific fitness company, and does not compete with Curves or any other fitness organization. The ACP activities and information compliment and enhance a fitness program. You may use as much of the activities and information as desired. We encourage clubs to use their own corporate prizes for contests and drawings and highlight their own promotions whenever possible.

Can we convert from one Program to another?

Monthly Autopay subscribers can convert to the Online or Original Program at any time, as long as they do so in writing through our secure form on the Members' section or by fax before their credit card is charged for the upcoming Program.. 

How should we contact PS Promotions if we need help implementing the Program or have other questions?

The best and fastest way to contact us and receive replies is by e-mailing us at info@pspromote.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All communication with International customers is by e-mail ONLY.  There is no charge for support since we want you to benefit fully from our Program.  

What is the Monthly Autopay Subscription plan?

The Monthly Autopay Subscription Plan automatically deducts the cost of the program, plus shipping and handling if applicable, from your credit card every month.  We accept credit card payments through Master Card or VISA ONLY.  

Are refunds available for Subscriptions?

There are no refunds once your credit card has been charged. If you had previously subscribed to a One-Year Subscription, you may cancel at any time; however, you will not receive a refund for the remaining amount unused.



ONLINE ACTIVITY CALENDAR PROGRAM©:

What are the specific benefits of the Online Activity Calendar Program?

The Online ACP is less expensive and has no shipping and handling charges. You do not have to wait for your Program to be delivered, especially beneficial to West Coast and International customers. You receive the TOTAL Program on the web and can incorporate your own activities.  There is more than enough material for you to use to create an innovative Activity Program each month, with your own promotions if desired.

When will we receive access to the Members' Website?

When you place your order, your credit card will be charged on the 24th of the month and you will receive a username and password to gain access to the next full month's Program within 24 hours.

May we cancel if not satisfied?

Cancellations must be submitted via a Cancellation Form, which we will fax to you, and must be received in our office no later than the 19th of the month to avoid charges to your credit card for the next month's Internet Program. Please note that a full month's program starts on the 20th of the previous month and ends on the 19th of the current month.  Once the Monthly Autopay charges your credit card, you will not receive a refund for the upcoming month. 



ORIGINAL ACTIVITY CALENDAR PROGRAM©:

What are the specific benefits of the Original Activity Calendar Program?

The Original Activity Calendar Program is especially suited to clubs whose staff does not have access to the Internet yet want to offer their members great information and activities.  They would receive approximately 35 pages of material with staff instructions on how to implement the Program.  They also receive access to  the ONLINE Activity Calendar Program.  We suggest that at least the Owner should access the Online Program, since there are many more activities and information located there, such as Personal Touch Forms, which enables you to create and edit newsletters, postcards, forms and modify the monthly calendar.  

How easy is it to implement the Original Activity Calendar Program?

Every month you will receive Step-by-Step Instruction Checklists for each week. Just complete one week at a time by checking off the items and using the information contained in each weekly packet. This is especially helpful for those owners who do not get to meet with staff regularly since all the instructions are on paper with an area to write additional notes if necessary. If you still have questions, you may check out our Members' Section or contact us for free support via phone, fax or e-mail.

Can we edit information on the Member Calendar?

The Member Calendar also has a "Notes to Our Members" area on the back side. If you have a business card, you may attach that to the front side of the Member Calendar before copying. The ideal way to edit the Member Calendar is to log on to the Members' Section of our website and click on Personal Touch Forms where you can personalize the Member Calendar with your special notes, address, and more.

When will we receive our Activity Calendar Program?

The Activity Calendar Program is mailed out on the weekend closest to the 15th of each month and should arrive within 3-7 working days. That should give you plenty of time to organize the Program for the beginning of the next month.

May we cancel if not satisfied?

Cancellations must be submitted via a Cancellation Form, which we will fax or e-mail to you, and must be received in our office no later than the 10th of the month to avoid charges to your credit card on the 12th for the next month's Program. Please note that the ONLINE program starts on the 20th of the previous month and ends on the 19th of the current month. Once the Monthly Autopay charges your credit card for the ORIGINAL Program, it is shipped out and there are no refunds for the upcoming month.
